Tehran; the cradle of classic and pure Chelo Kebabs
Fresh pieces of chicken or lamb which are roasted on fire and put on a hill of butter rice is one of the most original Iranian foods.

A trip to the past with Esfahan “Ash reshteh”
Somebody who makes food is called “Ashpaz” (chef); it means somebody who makes “Ash”/ɑːʃ/ since “Ash” is considered as one of the most classic Iranian foods.
