Yakhni is kind of Abgoosht which is Mde of meat, pea, onion, and potato. First they cock meat, pea, onion, and spice in water and then add potatoes and after cocking separate the water and mash the stuff and serve it. they add sliced bread into the water and eat.
Shekar Polo Shirazi (sugar with rice)
It is a kind of sweet Polo special for shiraz which is made of sugar nectar, rice, saffron, and sliced almond. Most of the time this Polo is served along with Qaymeh Stew in Shiraz.

This food is very delicious and used most in Shiraz families. Shirazi Lobya Polo is very nutritious and made of rice, black-eyed cowpea, dill, saffron, cinnamon, salt, and oil.

One of the famous salad in Shiraz is Shirazi salad which is seen in most of Iranian table and has many fans. This kind of salad is made of tomato, cucumber, onion, dried mint, and lemon juice.
